The Indiana was the first caravan to have the fixed bed on the near side with the long sideboard in front. This gives the caravan a very spacious feel as there is nothing in the eyeline as you walk into the caravan. This shower and toilet combination is in the rear corner which adds to the caravans very open feel. The shower is walk through, which means the space is not wasted on one use, there is a bi fold door which converts the space into a shower cubicle so there is no shower curtain.The rear bed/washroom area can be separated off with a flexible door which converts the area into a changing room, again a good use of space. In front of the bed is a long sideboard which is a handy area for serving dinner. The Senator comes with a TV as standard which is located in front of the bed and is able to spin so the TV can be viewed from the front dinette area. This frees up the sideboard for use for other things. The space heater is situated at the front end of the sideboard which is powered by gas and 240v with a blown air facility. Opposite the sideboard is the wardrobe which also houses the free standing table. A Status 530 digital ready TV aerial is situated in the cupboard which can be raised from inside the caravan to get the best reception. The kitchen area has a large oven with grill and hob, the work top has a "bat wing" design which gives as much space as possible in an important area. At the front of the caravan are parallel seating area with a center chest which provides a handy table area and two draws.The front seat area can be made up into a double bed by pulling the built in slat system forward and pulling the seats into the center, the back rests then fill the gap.The onboard water tank is situated inside the caravan under the front seating area, which is handy for winter touring, as it is protected from the frost. The system allows the choice to be made to use the internal tank or the external aqua roll.
